Each watch that you purchase from BrandWatches.com is shipped in the original box, complete with instructions, manuals, and warranty paperwork. If your watch requires servicing please refer to the documentation that came with your watch to see what defects are covered. Once you have determined that the specific defect is covered then please proceed to send your watch directly to the manufacturer for repair. All shipping and handling costs in connection with the warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped to the manufacturer pre-paid and fully insured via a traceable courier. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.
