If you are not totally satisfied with your watch, you may return it to BrandWatches.com within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of the purchase price of your watch. We do not refund any shipping charges. Before returning your watch to BrandWatches.com, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-465-9542 in order to obtain a RA (return authorization) number. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, all watches must be accompanied by proof of purchase and returned in original condition with the original packaging, instructions, manuals, protective tape, hang tags, and accessories intact. If you are returning or exchanging your watch, do not wear it or have the bracelet sized (links removed) in order that the watch remains in original condition. All watches will be visually inspected upon receipt for any signs of wear or damage (scratches, marks, or blemishes) prior to any refunds or exchanges being issued. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment. Returns will only be issued to the original purchaser.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped pre-paid and fully insured via a traceable courier. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, the customer is liable.
In the event that you have received an incorrect or damaged watch, contact our Customer Service Department no later than 3 business days after receipt of your watch at 1-800-465-9542.  We will make determinations on a proper course of action on a case by case basis.
